Mark Forrest is an immersive event designer & creative director who has quickly propelled his career to design and deliver for world recognised clients.
Mark trained at Rose Bruford College for Theatre and Performance, where he gained a solid foundation in Scenic Arts and Set Design before beginning his career as a scenic artist at the historic Royal Opera House, London.
Using his natural skills as a maker and his keen eye for design, Mark has been able to combine his theatrical background and his advanced experience in event management and hospitality to land himself in the world of the immersive and experiential. With a fast growing international portfolio of experiential activations, immersive parties and theatrical dinners, Mark is there from creative ideation, through to design and realisation, working closely with both clients and suppliers to bring high end experiences to life.
As an Associate Creative Director for the internationally recognised immersive events agency, The Department, Mark has delivered large scales projects for clients including: FIFA, BMW, Facebook, Adidas, ASICS, HP & Mumford & Sons.
Mark has also spent extended periods in India, with a six month stay in Kolkata studying book design and illustration, which has led to him setting up a homewares brand, Naipunya. Mark also volunteers for Pride in London as the Head of Operations for the 365 year round events team.
